Liberty and Science For All

Skyscrapers

The Liberty Science Center (LSC) has an exhibit on skyscrapers.  It has things such as pictures of huge skyscrapers, a crane simulator (it isn’t working that well), a storm simulator, relics from 9/11, a wind tunnel to test model buildings, and a lot more. One thing more is a beam you can walk on. It is about 35 feet off the ground. You can feel how it is like to work on a skyscraper by walking on the beam, so I did. The LSC has safety precautions that have it so you have a rope attached to you. The skyscraper exhibit is only one exhibit at LSC.
